Eligibility Requirements:

• Honorably discharged veteran of the Armed Forces, or a retired member of the National Guard, or Reserves who is eligible for retirement pay at age 60 and has served on active duty for 180 days or more (not necessarily consecutively)
• A resident of Delaware for three proceeding years prior to admission.
• Requires a nursing home level of care.
