The State of Delaware has over 1500 job titles that may need to be filled at any time based on an agencies’ needs. Our jobs are found on the Delaware Employment Link. We have both Merit and Non-Merit opportunities, so make sure you look in both areas. You can even sign up for email alerts with our Merit jobs, so that you never miss an opportunity. Make sure you also check out our Job Seeker Resources and our Featured Careers for valuable information. Watch our video tips and meet our people on our YouTube channel. We even have Career Counselors that can discuss your education and employment history to find out what jobs might be a good fit!

Apply

Once you have identified positions that fit your background, you can go to the Delaware Employment Link (DEL) home page and “View Open Jobs”. Then apply for only those jobs in which you meet ALL the Job Requirements.

You will need to set up a profile in the system with a unique User ID and password and once set up you will be able to copy your demographics into new applications.

Don’t forget we have Veterans’ Preference. You will be awarded the appropriate preference points to your total ranking score if you meet the job requirements and any special qualifications of the position.
